Aluminium adjustable tone french horn mute.
For players who find the sound of our 027 model too open or bright. The tone and response of this mute can be adjusted by pushing the small tube at the base into the mute. Every 10 mm or so will offer a different response and the tone will soften the further the tube is pushed inwards. The different sounds available on this mute are remarkable; from bright open metallic to softer than a fibre mute. Like the 027 this mute plays all notes without compromise.
